Crypto Bridge No KYC — FAQ
Everything you need to know about bridging BTC, ETH, XMR, SOL, USDT and 60+ coins on Crypto Bridge No KYC — from your first anonymous swap to privacy best practices. No fluff, just direct answers.
Getting Started
No account, no registration, no email address — none of it. Crypto Bridge No KYC is completely registration-free by design. Open the swap widget, pick your currency pair, paste your destination wallet, and you are done. No profile to create, no login to remember, no password to protect or lose.
Zero KYC — not at any amount, not for any coin pair, not for any user. We never ask for your name, date of birth, government-issued ID, passport, driver's licence, selfie, proof of address or any biometric data. Every swap on Crypto Bridge No KYC processes without any identity verification whatsoever. That is the core reason this platform exists.
Crypto Bridge No KYC does not run your wallet address through third-party blockchain surveillance or scoring services as a standard part of the swap process. Your destination wallet is used solely to deliver your converted funds. We do not rate or flag wallets based on transaction history, incoming sources, or risk scores assigned by external analytics providers.
We support 60+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Solana (SOL), USDT on ERC20/TRC20/BEP20/Solana/TON/Arbitrum/Polygon, USDC, XRP, BNB, TRX, DOGE, ADA, LTC, TON, DAI, ZEC, DASH, ARB, OP, SUI, APT, AVAX, LINK, AAVE, PEPE, SHIB, DOT, ATOM, XLM, BCH, ETC, WBTC, WETH and more. Privacy coins like Monero and Zcash are fully supported in both directions with no extra restrictions. See the full live list in the bridge widget.
The minimum per transaction is equivalent to $100 USD and the maximum is $282,100 USD. These limits are flat for everyone — there are no higher tiers unlocked by verification, because verification does not exist here. The exact minimum and maximum in your selected cryptocurrency is displayed live in the widget before you send a single coin.
Yes, and we genuinely encourage it if network-level privacy is part of your setup. We never block, throttle or restrict access from VPN connections or the Tor network. Crypto Bridge No KYC works exactly the same over Tor as it does over a direct connection — bridge BTC, ETH, XMR, SOL or any supported coin without restriction.
How the Bridge Works
Most swaps complete within 5 to 15 minutes from the moment your deposit confirms on-chain. Speed depends on the originating blockchain. Ethereum, Solana and TRON-based swaps typically settle in minutes. Bitcoin swaps may take slightly longer depending on network fees and congestion at the time — usually 1 to 2 confirmations are required before the engine fires.
Step 1: Select the coin you are sending (for example, BTC) and the coin you want to receive (for example, XMR). The live market rate displays immediately. Step 2: Enter the destination wallet address where you want the converted coins sent. This is the only piece of information we ask for. Step 3: A unique, one-time deposit address is generated for your order. Step 4: Send your crypto from any wallet to that deposit address. Step 5: The moment your on-chain deposit confirms, the bridge engine executes automatically and sends the result to your wallet. No email confirmation, no manual approval, no waiting on a human reviewer.
If the amount sent falls below the displayed minimum for the pair, the exchange may not process automatically. Email support@herochange.com immediately with your Order ID and the deposit TXID. We investigate and resolve on a best-efforts basis. Always check the minimum shown in the widget before sending — it updates live for every currency pair.
When you create an order the displayed exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. Your deposit needs to confirm on-chain within this window to receive that locked rate. If the timer expires before your deposit is detected, the address remains valid and your funds are secure — but the swap will execute at the current market rate when the deposit eventually confirms. There is no penalty, just a rate recalculation.
The rate is pulled live from the market at the moment you create your order and locked for 30 minutes. This protects you from significant price swings while your transaction confirms on the sending network. The estimated receive amount shown at order creation is what you should receive, subject only to minor variation from output network fees on the destination chain.
A refund address is the wallet where your original funds will be returned if the swap cannot complete for any reason. It is optional but strongly recommended — especially for larger transactions. Enter a wallet address matching the coin you are sending. If you do not provide one and a refund becomes necessary, we will ask you for it during support resolution, which slows things down.
Privacy & Security
Only the technical data required to process your specific swap: the deposit address, your destination wallet, the currency pair, the amount and the order timestamp. This is stored in your active PHP browser session and tied to a randomly generated Order ID — never to a personal identity or email address. When your session ends, this data is no longer accessible to anyone. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. BTC to XMR is the most-used pair on Crypto Bridge No KYC. Monero is fully supported as both the send and receive currency with zero additional requirements. Many users choose XMR as the receive currency because Monero's ring signature protocol makes the resulting coins untraceable at the blockchain level — pairing our no-KYC bridge engine with Monero's native privacy for maximum protection.
No. Crypto Bridge No KYC is strictly non-custodial. We do not hold user balances, maintain internal wallets or create accounts of any kind. Your deposit flows directly through the swap engine and the converted coins are dispatched immediately to your destination wallet. No custodial relationship exists between you and this platform at any point in the process.
Standard web server infrastructure generates access logs that may include IP addresses alongside HTTP request timestamps. These are operational records used for security monitoring and error diagnosis — not for user tracking or profiling. IP addresses are not linked to swap order data and are never shared with third parties. If IP-level anonymity matters to you, use a VPN or Tor — both are fully supported and never restricted.
No. We use exactly one cookie: the PHP session cookie that keeps your active order accessible as you navigate between pages. It contains no personal information and expires when you close the tab. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any other behavioural analytics, retargeting or user-profiling technology of any kind.
Support & Troubleshooting
First, confirm that your deposit transaction has the required on-chain confirmations using a block explorer for the sending blockchain. If the deposit is fully confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed without the bridged coins arriving, email support@herochange.com. Always include your Order ID (format: ORD-XXXXXXXX) and the deposit TXID. We respond within 24 hours — including your details upfront cuts resolution time significantly.
The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable document generated for each order. It contains the Order ID, currency pair, amounts, deposit address and destination wallet — a verifiable signed record that the swap was initiated through our platform. Use it as supporting evidence when following up with support or escalating a transaction dispute.
Sending the wrong coin to a deposit address is a serious error that cannot be reversed automatically. Contact support@herochange.com immediately — include your Order ID, the TXID of the incorrect deposit, and which coin was mistakenly sent. Manual recovery may be possible on a best-efforts basis but is never guaranteed. Always verify the required deposit coin before sending anything.
Email us at support@herochange.com. For any order-related issue always include your Order ID and the deposit transaction hash (TXID). We respond within 24 hours. For urgent stuck transactions, write URGENT in the subject line to prioritise your ticket. See the Contacts page for a full checklist of what to include.
