Before You Contact Us
The majority of bridge transaction issues can be identified without waiting for a support response. Check these things first and you may resolve the issue immediately:
- Confirm your deposit transaction has sufficient on-chain confirmations using the appropriate block explorer for the coin you sent. Bitcoin requires 1 to 2 confirmations; most other chains are faster.
- Verify you sent funds to the exact deposit address shown on your order page — and that you sent the correct cryptocurrency for the pair you created.
- Check that the amount sent was above the displayed minimum threshold for that coin and pair. Amounts below the minimum may not process automatically.
- If you bridged BTC, allow for potential network congestion — Bitcoin confirmations can take longer during high-fee periods. Check mempool.space for current wait times.
- Review the FAQ page — it covers the most common bridge issues in full detail and may answer your question without a wait.
What to Include in Your Support Email
- Your Order ID (shown on your order confirmation page — format: ORD-XXXXXXXX)
- The transaction hash (TXID) of your deposit on the blockchain
- The currency pair you were bridging (e.g. BTC to XMR)
- The amount sent and the amount you expected to receive
- Your destination wallet address
- The date and approximate time of your transaction
The more information you provide upfront, the faster we can investigate and resolve your case. We close the majority of support tickets within 24 to 48 hours when full details are included in the first message.
